Who we are. Two people, two crafts that meet: the story, and the machine.

رِوى صغيرةٌ عن قصد. كلُّ عملٍ نُسلّمُه يمرُّ على عقلين: عقلٍ أمضى سنواتِه بين غرفِ الأخبارِ ومجالسِ الإدارة، وعقلٍ يبني الأدواتِ التي تسألُ الآلةَ وتُحاسبُها. لا طبقاتَ بينكم وبين من يعملُ على روايتِكم.

Riwa is small on purpose. Everything we deliver passes through two minds: one that has spent its years between newsrooms and boardrooms, and one that builds the tools to question machines and hold them to account. No layers between you and the people working on your story.

مستشارُ اتصالٍ استراتيجي أمضى أكثرَ من خمسةَ عشرَ عامًا في الوكالاتِ الدوليةِ في الخليج: مديرًا عامًّا لعملياتِ Hanover في السعودية، وقبلها نائبًا لرئيسِ العملياتِ الإقليمية في Burson. عمل إلى جانبِ رؤساءَ تنفيذيين وفرقِ قيادةٍ في جهاتٍ مدعومةٍ سياديًّا ومشاريعَ كبرى، في التموضعِ القيادي وبناءِ السرديات والتحضيرِ الإعلامي وإدارةِ الأزمات. بدأ مسيرتَه في المصارف ثم في أخبارِ الأعمال، فهو يعرفُ كيف تفكّرُ المؤسسة، وكيف تعملُ غرفةُ الأخبار.

A strategic communications adviser with more than fifteen years in international agencies across the Gulf, most recently Managing Director of Hanover's Saudi operations and, before that, Vice President of Regional Operations at Burson. He has advised CEOs and leadership teams at sovereign-backed entities and giga-projects on positioning, narrative, media and crisis. He began in banking and business news, so he knows how an institution thinks and how a newsroom works.

يقودُ الجانبَ التقنيَّ في رِوى: الأدواتُ التي نسألُ بها المساعداتِ الذكيةَ بانتظام، ونوثّقُ إجاباتِها، ونتتبّعُ مصادرَها، لتكونَ كلُّ ملاحظةٍ في تقاريرِنا قابلةً للإثبات. مهندسُ برمجياتٍ وأنظمةٍ منذ ٢٠١٧، انتقل من تحليلِ البيانات إلى تطويرِ الأنظمةِ الخلفية لشركةِ تقنيةٍ في كندا.

He leads Riwa's technology: the tools we use to question AI assistants systematically, record what they say and trace where it came from, so every finding in our reports can be shown. A software and systems engineer since 2017, he moved from data analysis into back-end and systems development at a Canadian technology company.
